Ihre neue Aufgabe

  • Mit Ihrer Expertise konzipieren Sie Maßnahmen, Formate und Instrumente zur Personal- und Talententwicklung, begleiten deren Umsetzung und wirken an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen zur Identifikation und Förderung von Potenzialen und Kompetenzen mit
  • In enger Abstimmung mit internationalen Schnittstellen betreuen Sie ausgewählte Themen und Projekte innerhalb der TRUMPF Gruppe und treiben deren kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung voran
  • Als Ansprechperson für HR-Prozesse in Workday analysieren Sie fachliche und systemseitige Anforderungen, wirken an der Digitalisierung unserer Systeme mit und übernehmen den 2nd Level Support bei unterschiedlichen Fragestellungen
  • Durch Ihre Beratungskompetenz begleiten Sie HR Business Partner, Führungskräfte und weitere interne Partner zu Fragen der Personal- und Talententwicklung und gestalten Workshops sowie weitere Austauschformate mit
  • Anhand relevanter Kennzahlen zu Talenten, Kompetenzen und Entwicklungsmaßnahmen leiten Sie Erkenntnisse für unterschiedliche Stakeholder ab und unterstützen die Verbesserung unserer Prozesse und Angebote

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Personalmanagements, der (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bildet die Grundlage Ihres Profils
  • Mit praktischer Erfahrung in der Personalentwicklung, im Talent Management oder in der Gestaltung und Begleitung von HR-Prozessen bringen Sie einen fundierten Einblick in unser Themenfeld mit
  • Durch Ihr Interesse an modernen Ansätzen der Personal- und Talententwicklung sowie an datenbasierten, digitalen HR-Prozessen entwickeln Sie unser Angebot aktiv mit, Kenntnisse in Workday oder vergleichbaren HR-Systemen runden Ihr Profil ab
  • In der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und Hierarchieebenen überzeugen Sie durch Kommunikationsstärke, Teamorientierung und eine strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise, mit der Sie komplexe Fragestellungen durchdringen und in praxisorientierte Lösungen überführen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein ermöglichen es Ihnen, Themen voranzutreiben und deren Umsetzung aktiv mitzugestalten
