Responsibilities

  • Experience in Network and Email security presales
  • Provide pre-sales technical support and expertise on assigned cybersecurity products to customers and business partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop, position and promote cybersecurity solutions, supporting go-to-market strategies and customer proposals.
  • Understand customers' IT and security infrastructure, technical environments and business requirements to recommend suitable solutions.
  • Drive strategic cybersecurity solution selling by identifying customer needs and presenting appropriate technical solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase cybersecurity capabilities and solutions.
  • Plan and execute Proof of Concept (POC) activities for proposed cybersecurity and network performance solutions.
  • Work closely with solution vendors to develop business solution proposals and support RFI/RFP processes, including solution design, compliance requirements and technical clarifications.
  • Develop solution design guidelines and recommend improvements to customers based on assigned cybersecurity products and technologies.
  • Conduct in-house laboratory testing to validate customer POC environments, endpoint and network designs, deployments, as well as new product features and enhancements.
  • Stay informed of industry developments, emerging cybersecurity technologies, competitive solutions, products and services.
  • Deliver product and technical enablement training to partners' post-sales engineering teams to strengthen their product and technology knowledge.
  • Conduct regular product and technology updates for internal Sales teams to enhance their technical knowledge and solution-selling capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, business partners and technology vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in pre-sales activities, preferably supporting large enterprise or government-sector customers.
  • Candidates with several years of experience in cybersecurity solution delivery, implementation or technical support who are keen to transition into a pre-sales consulting role are also encouraged to apply.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the cybersecurity industry, including relevant technologies, solutions and market developments.
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and deliver technical presentations on key cybersecurity technologies.
  • Good technical knowledge of Internet architecture, network infrastructure, Software-Defined Networking (SDN), network performance tools and solutions.
  • Familiarity with UNIX, Windows and VMware environments, as well as cybersecurity technologies covering endpoint, email, web and cloud security.
