  • Du analysierst Kundenanforderungen und entwickelst passende KI-Lösungen.Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du leitest technisch komplexe KI-Projekte und entwickelst innovative Architekturen.
  • Du implementierst und integrierst KI-Systeme in bestehende IT-Landschaften.Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du evaluierst und integrierst neue Technologien und optimierst bestehende Systeme.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Evaluierung und Auswahl von KI-Technologien und -Tools.Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du berätst unsere Kund:innen und interne Stakeholder in Bezug auf technische KI-Lösungen.
  • Du konzipierst und entwickelst Prototypen, um technische Machbarkeit zu demonstrieren.Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du erstellst detaillierte technische Konzepte und führst Code-Reviews durch.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammen, um technische Konzepte umzusetzen.Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du stellst die Einhaltung technischer Standards und Best Practices sicher.
  • Du dokumentierst und verbesserst kontinuierlich technische Prozesse.Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du übernimmst Personalverantwortung für das Projektteam.

DEIN PROFIL

  • Du hast ein gutes bis sehr gutes abgeschlossenes (Master-)Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, einer technischen, naturwissenschaftlichen, mathematischen oder verwandten Disziplin
  • Du bringst für die Rolle als Consultant 1-2 Jahre oder für die Rolle als Senior Consultant 2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit
  • Du hast einschlägige Erfahrung in der Implementierung von KI-Lösungen im betrieblichen Umfeld
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen AI- und ML-Frameworks (z. B. PyTorch, TensorFlow, Langchain) sowie mit Datenbanksystemen (z. B. Vektordatenbanken, Graphdatenbanken)
  • Du programmierst sicher in Python und bringst Erfahrung im Umgang mit Entwicklungsstandards im Unternehmenskontext mitZusätzlich Senior Level: Du hast umfassende Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams und Projektorganisation
  • Du interessierst dich für aktuelle Themen in der KI und bleibst technisch auf dem neuesten Stand
  • Du verfügst über sehr starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Du bist teamfähig, leistungsbereit, flexibel, kommunikativ und eigeninitiativ
  • Du besitzt ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten und agierst souverän im Umgang mit Kund:innen
  • Du bist reisebereit
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1 in beiden Sprachen)
