  • Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse und identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale durch den Einsatz von KI.Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du leitest komplexe KI-Projekte von der Ideenfindung bis zur Umsetzung.

  • Du erstellst Konzepte, Machbarkeitsstudien und Prototypen.Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du entwickelst und validierst Konzepte sowie performante KI-Architekturen.
  • Du implementierst und optimierst kontinuierlich KI-Lösungen.Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du übernimmst Personalverantwortung für das Projektteam.
  • Du führst Workshops und Schulungen durch, um das KI-Verständnis zu fördern.Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du organisierst und moderierst interdisziplinäre Workshops und Schulungen.
  • Du begleitest die Transformationen unserer Kund:innen im Bereich KI.Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du analysierst Markttrends und identifizierst neue Geschäftspotenziale.

DEIN PROFIL

  • Du hast ein gutes bis sehr gutes abgeschlossenes (Master-)Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, einer technischen, naturwissenschaftlichen, mathematischen oder verwandten Disziplin.
  • Du bringst für die Rolle als Consultant 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit.Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du bringst für die Rolle als Senior Consultant 2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit.
  • Du hast einschlägige Erfahrung in der Implementierung von KI-Lösungen im betrieblichen Umfeld.
  • Du hast umfassende Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams und Projektorganisation.
  • Du bist mit gängigen AI- und ML-Frameworks (z. B. PyTorch, TensorFlow, Langchain) sowie mit Datenbanksystemen (Vektor-/ Graphdatenbanken) vertraut und verfügst über ein sehr gutes Verständnis für die technische Umsetzung.
  • Du bist sicher in der technischen Konzeption von Lösungsansätzen.
  • Du verfügst über sehr starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz.
  • Du brennst für Künstliche Intelligenz und hast einen visionären Blick darauf, wie AI die Geschäftswelt transformieren kann.
  • Du programmierst sicher in Python und bringst Erfahrung im Umgang mit Entwicklungsstandards im Unternehmenskontext mit.
  • Du bist teamfähig, leistungsbereit, flexibel, kommunikativ und eigeninitiativ.
  • Du besitzt ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten und agierst souverän im Umgang mit Kund:innen.
  • Du bist reisebereit.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau in beiden Sprachen)
