The posting

At Trustpilot, we're on an incredible journey. We're a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust. We run the world's largest open customer review platform, and while we've come a long way, there's still so much exciting work to do. Come join us at the heart of trust!

We need an experienced and skilled Senior Product Manager to lead one of our key product areas. Working in a cross-functional product squad, you will drive innovation and product evolution in a world where the technologies consumers are using to make decisions are changing faster than ever before by defining new, ambiguous problem spaces.

If you are passionate about driving innovation, eager to take ownership of significant projects, and keen on making a global impact, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for. Join Trustpilot's Product Management team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our dynamic and rapidly growing organization. Together, let's push the boundaries of what's possible in the Product space and create a lasting impact on our users worldwide.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead cross-functional agile teams, including remote members, through the entire product lifecycle for complex products
  • Take ownership of long-term product discovery, strategic roadmaps, and execution while aligning them with business goals and customer needs
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, and other key senior stakeholders to develop new features and optimize existing products
  • Prioritize new features and enhancements using robust product management frameworks
  • Conduct in-depth user research and leverage data insights to identify ambiguous, strategic opportunities and define new product visions
  • Drive decision-making by setting clear priorities and using data (quantitative and qualitative) to measure success
  • Communicate product strategy, status updates, and potential risks to executive leadership and internal teams, ensuring strategic alignment across the business
  • Cultivate solid connections between the sales, marketing, and customer service departments to proactively lead change and promote product-focused mindsets across the organisation
  • Inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best performance, establishing a culture of high collaboration and innovation, and mentoring more junior Product Managers

Who you are:

  • Significant product management experience working within agile teams, with a proven history of driving significant business impact and delivering effective products
  • Comprehensive understanding of product management principles, including setting long-term product strategy, owning roadmap development, and agile methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams and successfully influencing senior leadership and executive stakeholders, without direct authority
  • Expertise in user research, A/B testing, and data analysis to independently define strategic direction and product development
  • Skilled in critical assessment and oversight, with expertise in defining, setting up, and supervising key performance indicators and measures of achievement
  • Passion for emerging technologies and their potential to transform the product area and user experience
  • Great communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around a common, long-term vision

What’s in it for you:

  • A range of flexible working options to dedicate time to what matters to you
  • Competitive compensation package + bonus
  • 25 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 days after 2 years of employment
  • Two (paid) volunteering days a year to spend your time giving back to the causes that matter to you and your community
  • Rich learning and development opportunities are supported through the Trustpilot Academy and Blinkist
  • Pension and life insurance
  • Health cash plan, online GP, 24/7 Employee Assistance Plan
  • Full access to Headspace, a popular mindfulness app to promote positive mental health
  • Paid parental leave
  • Season ticket loan and a cycle-to-work scheme
  • Central office location complete with pop up events organised by our own community team as well as the building’s community team
  • Regular opportunities to connect and get to know your fellow Trusties, including company-wide celebrations and events, ERG activities, and team socials
  • Access to over 4,000 deals and discounts on things like travel, electronics, fashion, fitness, cinema discounts, and more.

Still not sure?

We want to be a part of creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive world of work for all. We’re excited to hear about your experiences along with how you will contribute to our working culture. Even if you don’t feel you meet all the requirements, we'd still really like to hear from you!

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
