Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin & Claims Assistant to support the Carro Care workshop. The role involves daily administrative duties (invoicing, petty cash) and assisting the Aftersales Manager in processing motor accident claims (OD/TP).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Workshop Admin: Handle daily invoicing (Xero), manage petty cash, process purchase orders (PO), and track inventory.
  2. Accident Claims Support: Assist in compiling accident reports, submitting claims to insurers (Income, NTUC, etc.), and following up on claim statuses.
  3. Customer Coordination: Liaise with Leasing team and customers regarding claim documents and vehicle repair schedules.
  4. Data Management: Maintain proper filing of claim documents and generate weekly/monthly reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of admin experience (experience in automotive or insurance industry is a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and cloud systems (Xero/GoCarro).
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and able to work in a fast-paced workshop environment.
