Purpose of the Role:

To ensure every new TRYBE customer has a smooth and successful introduction to our platform. You will take ownership of the onboarding journey, guiding customers through setup, configuration and training, helping them understand how to get the most from the software and ensuring they are confident and ready to use it. You'll play an important role in creating a positive first impression, driving product adoption and setting customers up for long-term success.

As the Customer Onboarding Executive you will be:

  • You will be guiding new customers through the onboarding journey, from initial setup and configuration to successful product adoption.
  • Delivering engaging training sessions and product demonstrations tailored to each customer’s needs and goals.
  • Acting as the main point of contact during onboarding, ensuring a smooth handover to the Customer Success or Account Management team post-launch.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Product, Support, and Sales) to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identifying and continuously improving onboarding processes by gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and suggesting workflow or content enhancements.

Requirements

  • Solid experience gained within a Customer Onboarding role where you have managed the full onboarding process
  • You will be a highly organised and detail-oriented person who thrives on helping new customers feel confident and supported from day one.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, making it easy to guide clients through setup, training, and early adoption with clarity and patience.
  • A proactive, tech-savvy person who enjoys solving problems, always looking for ways to improve the onboarding experience and set customers up for long-term success.
