Er du god til at skabe tillid og bevare overblikket, når situationer er komplekse? Hos Tryg søger vi to skadebehandlere til vores afdeling for ulykkesskader, som motiveres af at hjælpe kunder videre, når de bliver ramt af en skade.

Om jobbet | Empati, ansvar og handling

Som skadebehandler i ulykke, spiller du en vigtig rolle, når en skade skal anmeldes og behandles. Med både telefonisk og skriftlig kontakt guider du kunden gennem hele skadeforløbet – fra første opkald til sagen er afsluttet. Du sikrer, at processen er effektiv, korrekt og med øje for den gode kundeoplevelse.

Du tolker policer og betingelser med præcision og formidler dem med forståelse. Du er vant til at tage ansvar og skabe overblik – også når kunden er følelsesmæssigt påvirket. Din evne til at lytte og handle med empati er vigtig for at få succes i rollen.

Du er struktureret, engageret og har et naturligt drive for at hjælpe andre. Du trives med ansvar og har en stærk evne til at kommunikere klart og tillidsfuldt – både mundtligt og skriftligt.

  • Er en holdspiller med positiv energi og stærke samarbejdsevner
