Supervisionar as operações da loja com vistas ao cumprimento do planejamento e das metas estabelecidas. Realizar o controle de estoque e reposição de produtos, limpeza e organização, suporte à equipe de vendedores, contribuindo no fechamento de vendas, demonstrações de produtos, soluções e problemas de clientes, pareceres à gestão sobre promoções, giro de mercadorias, rotinas de caixa em geral, relatórios de vendas e comissões. Atuar junto a equipe para orientar e definir escalas e horários, realizando os devidos feedbacks, entre outras atividades correlatas.

  • Supervisionar as atividades da loja referentes a: atendimento aos clientes; organização física; controle de estoque e reposição de produtos; limpeza e tudo que contribua para o bem-estar dos clientes;
  • Supervisionar as operações da loja de modo a assegurar que tosos os procedimentos, normas e objetivos sejam devidamente cumpridos;
  • Atuar junto à equipe de vendedores para suporte às necessidades: intervir quando necessário nas demandas dos clientes e contribuir nas demonstrações de funcionalidades e operacionalidades de equipamentos e ferramentas, esclarecendo maiores detalhes técnicos, condições de pagamento e outras situações afins;
  • Responsabilizar-se pela conferência de entrada e saída de mercadorias no estoque da loja, por meio da avaliação qualitativa e quantitativa procedendo a abertura e conferências conforme as notas fiscais.
  • Manter a equipe alinhada e estimulada em seus atendimentos, abordagens e informações consultivas aos clientes sobre produtos, ferramentas, marcas e soluções oferecidas;
  • Organizar e disponibilizar os produtos, conferência tabela de preço, limpeza dos produtos e armários, controle FIFO, decoração da loja, mantendo-a com visual atrativo e de fácil acesso aos clientes;
  • Mediar e solucionar problemas de clientes e de qualquer membro da equipe, prestando o suporte necessário de acordo com sua necessidade faz parte da minha rotina profissional;
  • Responsabilizar-se pelas rotinas de caixa, Conferência com registro de entradas e saídas, organização dos caixas e valores para depósito
  • Manter controle de relatórios de vendas e comissões de vendedores, transferências de mercadorias, definições de escalas e horários de trabalho;
  • Executar junto a área de Facilites a manutenção da infraestrutura da loja em relação aos serviços de jardinagem, serviço de diarista, e serviços gerais;
  • Dar parecer sobre sugestões apresentadas pela área comercial, analisando do ponto de vista de vendas e de receptividade dos clientes, procedendo às considerações pertinentes quanto à reposição em loja.
  • Apresentar a Gestão, produtos de baixo giro, para promover ações de promoções a fim de que sejam tomadas as medidas estratégicas adequadas;
  • Atuar junto à equipe de vendedores para avaliações de trabalho, melhorias de desempenho, feedback, recomendações gerais da empresa e aprimoramento dos trabalhos em geral;
  • Desenvolver e capacitar equipe de colaboradores sob seu comando, mediante ações gerenciais que estimulem o desenvolvimento individual e coletivo, organização, comprometimento e a qualidade dos trabalhos desenvolvidos no setor;
  • Assegurar a melhoria contínua dos processos internos de sua área de atuação, mediante melhorias de fluxos, rotinas e racionalização necessárias que reflitam na eficácia do setor sob sua responsabilidade;
  • Desenvolver outras atividades similares e correlatas ao cargo.
