The posting

Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Operacional de Atendimento para atuar na unidade de São Vicente, realizando atendimento aos clientes e acompanhamento das operações, com foco na satisfação do cliente, organização dos processos e qualidade das informações.

A posição também envolve análise e emissão de documentos relacionados ao transporte rodoviário e comércio exterior.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Receber e analisar solicitações de coleta dos clientes por e-mail;
  • Conferir documentos e informações da carga, identificando necessidades específicas de GR, Farma, DGR/IMO, entre outras;
  • Inserir coletas, programação e documentação nos sistemas;
  • Realizar follow-up com clientes por telefone, e-mail e WhatsApp, mantendo-os atualizados sobre o status da carga;
  • Realizar agendamentos e consultas junto a terminais, armadores, portos e aeroportos;
  • Apoiar as áreas Comercial, Cálculo, Faturamento e demais departamentos internos;
  • Enviar documentos, checklists e informações referentes às coletas;
  • Informar ao cliente dados do veículo, motorista e horário da coleta;
  • Acompanhar custos adicionais e informações necessárias para emissão de CT-e complementar;
  • Atender clientes, esclarecer dúvidas e atuar na resolução de ocorrências de forma rápida e efetiva.

Requisitos

Obrigatórios:

  • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Experiência mínima de 6 meses na área;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organização e planejamento;
  • Conhecimento em Excel.
  • Jornada: segunda a sexta, das 8h às 18h.

Será considerado diferencial:

  • Ensino Superior completo ou cursando;
  • Experiência de aproximadamente 1 ano na área;
  • Vivência em operações de transporte e/ou comércio exterior.
