O que você vai fazer

  • Conferir documentos: analisar pré-alertas, HAWB e Invoice para o registro da DTA.
  • Preparar a liberação: separar os documentos de importação (DI e NF) e fazer o agendamento e o puxe das cargas nos aeroportos.
  • Usar os sistemas da Receita: recepcionar a documentação no Portal Único da Receita Federal para liberar o carregamento.
  • Monitorar as chegadas: acompanhar diariamente no Mantra a chegada dos embarques e, no CCT, a previsão e a confirmação das DTAs.
  • Programar coletas: organizar as coletas no EADI e acompanhar a entrada e saída dos veículos até a finalização no cliente.
  • Emitir documentos: notas fiscais (DI e DTA), manifestos e o RAPA diário com todas as cargas DI.
  • Manter o cliente informado: passar o status das entregas com a posição do veículo.
  • Atualizar o Fretefy: registrar as cargas dos processos consolidados e exclusivos.
  • Cuidar dos reembolsos: emitir notas de débito para despesas como armazenagem e uso de empilhadeira.

✅ O que buscamos

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Médio completo.
  • Experiência mínima de 6 meses na área.
  • Aprovação na consulta de perfil de Gerenciamento de Risco (GR).

Diferenciais:

  • Ensino Superior completo ou cursando.
  • Cerca de 1 ano de experiência em importação e exportação.
  • Conhecimento dos sistemas Mantra, CCT, Portal Único ou Fretefy.
