Um unser österreichisches Team in einer Phase des Wandels und der Integration zu unterstützen, suchen wir eine erfahrene HR Manager Austria (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Wien – als Karenzvertretung für 16 Monate. In dieser generalistischen Rolle betreust du rund 60 Mitarbeiter:innen entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycle, berätst Mitarbeiter:innen und Führungskräfte und gestaltest die reibungslose Integration in die A2MAC1 Group aktiv mit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du betreust rund 60 Mitarbeiter:innen in Österreich entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycle – vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding.
  • Du bist Ansprechperson des Vertrauens für Mitarbeiter:innen und Führungskräfte bei allen HR-relevanten Themen.
  • Du bereitest die monatliche Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung vor und prüfst sie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem externen Steuerberater und Payroll-Partner.
  • Du erstellst Arbeitsverträge, Vertragsänderungen, Bestätigungen und weitere personalrelevante Dokumente.
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung des österreichischen Arbeitsrechts sowie des IT-Kollektivvertrags sicher.
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das Office Management am Standort Wien und koordinierst den bevorstehenden Büroumzug.
  • Du unterstützt die weitere Integration der österreichischen Organisation in die A2MAC1 Group und arbeitest eng mit der HR Director Germany, Austria & Turkey in München zusammen.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer generalistischen HR-Rolle in Österreich.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des österreichischen Arbeitsrechts; Kenntnisse des IT-Kollektivvertrags von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung in der Vorbereitung und Prüfung der Lohnverrechnung in Zusammenarbeit mit einem externen Dienstleister.
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Sicheres und respektvolles Auftreten im Umgang mit Mitarbeiter:innen, Führungskräften und externen Partnern.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
