Domar - tehničar održavanja (m/ž)

O TSG Technics

TSG Technics je jedna od bitnih djelatnosti TSG grupe. TSG Technics timovi projektiraju, instaliraju i održavaju instalacije za B2B kupce, u segmentu komercijalnih i industrijskih (C&I) klijenata. TSG Technics je EPC (Inženjering, Nabava, Gradnja) i projektira projekte "ključ u ruke" kako bi svojim kupcima pružio ekonomsku i ekološku vrijednost.

Opis radnih aktivnosti

Uloga radnog mjesta Domar - tehničar održavanja (m/ž) je obavljanje poslova tehničkog nadzora poslovnog objekata našeg klijenta te samostalno i cjelovito održavanje objekta – tehničko i domarsko održavanje uz kolege na fiksnoj lokaciji rada.

U svojoj misiji, on/ona je zadužen/a za:

  • Poslove tehničkog i domarskog održavanja objekta
  • Obavljanje redovnih inspekcija objekta Naručitelja
  • Otklanjanje kvarova na objektima, uređajima i opremi
  • Sudjelovanje u organizaciji tima tehničara na objektu
  • Primanje radnih zadataka od nadređenih i ovlaštenih djelatnika
  • Ukoliko se tijekom obavljanja poslova na rukovanju sustavima ili tijekom redovnog održavanja na njima utvrdi određen nedostatak, tehničar je dužan obavijestiti dispečerski centar Technics-a.
  • Rad u dvije smjene od ponedjeljka do petka (npr. moguće smjene: 06-14h i 14-22h)

Potrebna iskustva

  • KV, SSS, tehničke struke
  • Prethodno radno iskustvo na poslovima vezanim uz održavanje objekta
  • Lokacija rada je na adresi: Avenija Većeslava Holjevca, Zagreb
