The posting

Ranzato Impianti, realtà del Gruppo TSG Italia specializzata nella realizzazione e gestione di impianti tecnologici civili e industriali, ricerca un Project Manager Impiantistico per la supervisione delle commesse relative a impianti meccanici, termo‑idraulici e HVAC. I cantieri sono localizzati principalmente in Veneto e Friuli Venezia Giulia, con possibilità di ampliamento dei progetti su scala nazionale.

Il ruolo

La risorsa avrà la responsabilità completa della commessa, occupandosi di:

  • pianificazione delle attività e definizione delle priorità;
  • coordinamento operativo delle attività impiantistiche (meccaniche, idrauliche, termotecniche);
  • monitoraggio dell’avanzamento lavori e verifica della corretta esecuzione tecnica;
  • controllo dei costi, gestione del budget e verifica della marginalità;
  • gestione dei rapporti con subappaltatori, tecnici di cantiere e clienti;
  • supervisione della documentazione tecnica ed esecutiva;
  • supporto al miglioramento dei processi e alla qualità delle installazioni.

Requisiti

  • Esperienza pregressa nella gestione di commesse impiantistiche (meccaniche, idrauliche, HVAC, termo‑tecniche).
  • Diploma tecnico o Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica / Energetica / Industriale (titolo preferenziale).
  • Competenze nella gestione tecnica, economica e documentale di cantieri.
  • Ottime capacità organizzative, comunicative e relazionali.
  • Disponibilità a effettuare trasferte presso i cantieri assegnati.

Per questa posizione è previsto un package retributivo con RAL compresa tra € 40.000 e € 50.000, definita in base all'esperienza, alle competenze e al livello di autonomia del/la candidato/a. L'inquadramento contrattuale sarà commisurato al profilo selezionato.
