Key Responsibilities

  • Research new industries, market trends and potential business opportunities, including those beyond the Group’s traditional real estate business.
  • Explore possible business collaborations involving Singapore, Batam and China.
  • Assist with market research, presentations and proposals for the CEO.
  • Build business contacts and attend meetings, networking sessions and events to identify potential opportunities.
  • Support the CEO on various business initiatives and special projects as required.

Requirements

  • Degree in a STEM-related discipline, such as Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or Data Science.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 to 3 years of working experience are welcome.
  • Exposure to China or experience working with Chinese companies would be an advantage.
  • Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
  • Curious, resourceful and willing to explore new ideas and opportunities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage people and build relationships.
  • Proactive, adaptable and willing to learn.
