1、基于产品需求，参与OIS（光学防抖）控制芯片或信号链类芯片的数字架构定义及逻辑实现； 2、撰写设计文档，完成RTL编码，执行数字中端流程，确保设计质量满足流片要求； 3、与验证工程师紧密配合，协助搭建验证环境、定位仿真问题，推动模块级与系统级验证收敛； 4、参与芯片产品问题定位与优化。

1、2027届研究生及以上学历，微电子/集成电路/电子信息等相关专业优先； 2、有信号处理类电路设计经验者优先； 3、熟悉常用EDA工具（如VCS/Verdi/DC/PT/Formality等），有实际流片或FPGA验证经验者优先； 4、具备良好的逻辑思维与问题拆解能力，善于跨团队沟通协作； 5、对芯片设计有浓厚兴趣，乐于持续学习新技术，面对复杂调试任务能保持耐心与韧性；具有主动复盘和文档归纳习惯者更佳。
