Обов’язки

  • Повний цикл рекрутингу для позицій різного рівня та напрямів.
  • Активний сорсинг кандидатів через job-платформи, соціальні мережі та альтернативні канали.
  • Проведення первинних скринінгів і комунікація з кандидатами на всіх етапах процесу.
  • Координація інтерв’ю та супровід кандидатів до етапу найму.
  • Робота з великими обсягами інформації та ведення рекрутингової документації.
