Dein Arbeitstag

  • Steuerung von Neukundenprojekten (Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung) in der Kontraktlogistik
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von KPIs sowie deren konsequente Auswertung und Ableitung von Maßnahmen
  • kontinuierliche Optimierung von logistischen Prozessen
  • Teilnahme an Kundengesprächen, Reviews und Eskalationsmanagement
  • Enge Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung und den Standorten zu strategischen Kundenthemen
  • Proaktive Kommunikation bei Leistungsabweichungen sowie Entwicklung lösungsorientierter Maßnahmen
  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender logistischer Prozesse
  • Mithilfe zur Sicherstellung stabiler und effizienter Abläufe im Regelbetrieb
  • Ableitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur ganzheitlichen Leistungssteigerung
  • Mitarbeit an und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten

Dein Profil

  • Studium im Bereich Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbar – alternativ einschlägige Ausbildung mit nachgewiesener Erfahrung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Kontraktlogistik, im Projektmanagement, Lagerhaltung/Warehouse-Management und/oder im Speditions-/Transportumfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Prozesskostenrechnung und -kalkulation als Grundlage für wirtschaftliche Entscheidungen und Angebotserstellung (wünschenswert)
  • Kenntnisse in Prozesskostenrechnung und KPIs
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Affinität zu Digitalisierungsthemen: Interesse an Automatisierung, digitalen Prozesstools und WMS-Weiterentwicklung
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und dynamische Arbeitsweise auch bei parallelen Aufgaben und Standorten
