Dein Arbeitstag

  • Verwaltung und Koordination aller facilitybezogenen Aufgaben und Prozesse, um einen reibungslosen Betriebsablauf sicherzustellen
  • Unterstützung des technischen Gebäudemanagements, einschließlich der Beauftragung von Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten über die interne CAFM-Software
  • Verwaltung von Wartung -und Instandhaltungsverträgen mit Dienstleistern und Lieferanten, einschließlich Überwachung der Leistungserbringung
  • Erstellen von regelmäßigen Berichten und Dokumentationen für das Management
  • Ansprechpartner für unsere Liegenschaften und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Haustechnikern.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Facility Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Facility Management oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office und idealerweise in Facility Management Software
  • Hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift
  • Fähigkeit, sowohl selbstständig als auch im Team zu arbeiten
  • Quereinstieg möglich
