Capturista administrativo/Administrativa

Tus responsabilidades

Prepare documentación como formularios de acuerdos comerciales.

Integración al equipo.

Manejo de las muchas bases de datos y vaciados de información

Elaboración de presentaciones de resultados.

Uso eficiente del tiempo.

Cumplimiento de diversas tareas administrativas.

Autodisciplina en el desempeño de sus funciones.

Responsabilidad en el manejo de la información.

Rapidez y exactitud en la captura de información

Manejo de Excel para informes y seguimientos.

Tendrá un cumplimiento normativo marcado por la compañía, consultando frecuentemente manuales en línea y la capacitación específica de la cliente necesaria para resolver las consultas de los titulares del servicio TPV.

¿Qué aportará?

Título de bachillerato o equivalente mínimo

Responsabilidad y Supervisión: Normalmente recibe instrucciones detalladas así que se pide que sigas los procedimientos establecidos en todo el trabajo; requiere instrucciones en todas las tareas. Trabaja bajo supervisión directa y tiene gusto por trabajo bajo procesos y políticas.
