  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and Executive Compensation on proxy disclosures, filings, and audits.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (HR, Payroll, Accounting, Tax) to execute equity programs effectively.
  • Support M&A, global expansion, and other transactions impacting equity.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex employee and executive equity issues.
  • Analyze and report on equity metrics (pool usage, burn rate, dilution, financial impact).
  • Support financial reporting, forecasting, and modeling.
  • Provide insights for compensation planning and board-level decisions.
  • Develop clear communications and educate stakeholders on equity programs.
  • Support executive compensation discussions with leadership and the Board/Comp Committee.

What you bring:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
