Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Merchant Sales Representative to join our ever-evolving Merchant Sales team and help shape the future of global commerce. You’ll build meaningful relationships with businesses, uncover opportunities to help clients succeed through the right payment solutions, and own a portfolio generating $200,000 or more in annual net revenue. Your ability to grow accounts, win new business and strengthen long-term client partnerships will directly contribute to Global Payments’ mission to make commerce work better for businesses around the world.

What you’ll own:

  • Drive sustainable revenue growth by identifying, developing and converting new merchant opportunities across your assigned territory.
  • Own and grow a high-value client portfolio, strengthening relationships and uncovering additional payment solutions that create value for clients and the business.
  • Shape successful client outcomes by understanding business needs, recommending the right merchant solutions and managing expectations throughout the sales journey.
  • Strengthen pipeline performance by using CRM insights and sales data to improve visibility, prioritize opportunities and accelerate business growth.
  • Build trusted client relationships through strong industry knowledge, responsive problem-solving and effective communication.

What you'll bring:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, with demonstrated success in a sales or related client-facing environment.
  • Strong business-to-business (B2B) sales capability, with the confidence to prospect, develop opportunities and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Effective communication, listening and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand client needs and influence positive outcomes.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership and respond quickly to client and business needs.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City.

It's a bonus if you have:

  • Experience in business-to-business sales and cold calling, with a track record of successful sales performance.
  • Strong knowledge of the merchant payments industry and its evolving products and services.
  • Experience building productive relationships across internal teams and external clients.
