Ready to take your career global?

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Product Manager, Enterprise Product, to join our APAC Product & Technology team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

What you’ll own

As a Product Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of product initiatives across their lifecycle — from ideation through launch and scale — with a relentless focus on customer impact, commercial success, and long-term scalability.

Product Strategy & Portfolio Management

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities while securing stakeholder buy-in.
  • Lead product planning and prioritization by evaluating customer requirements, market trends, competition, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to maximize customer value, growth, scalability, and commercial outcomes.
  • Develop business cases and investment recommendations, and communicate product strategy, performance, risks, opportunities, and roadmap updates to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.

Product Ownership & Delivery

  • Own and manage strategic products throughout the full lifecycle, from discovery and development to launch, adoption, optimization, and transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design, prioritize, and deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions that align with business objectives and commercial goals.
  • Lead product execution by driving release planning, managing complex migrations and modernization efforts, and serving as the escalation point for strategic product issues and enhancements.

Customer & Market Leadership

  • Engage directly with merchants, partners, and internal stakeholders to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and emerging opportunities.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach, challenging assumptions and validating opportunities through qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Conduct customer interviews, business reviews, workshops, focus groups, and market analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Merchant Solutioning & Strategic Customer Engagement

  • Collaborate with merchants, Solution Consultants, Commercial teams, and Account Management to understand business needs and develop product solutions that drive customer success and growth.
  • Translate customer requirements into scalable product capabilities and platform enhancements, identifying opportunities to transform bespoke requests into repeatable solutions for broader market adoption.
  • Provide product expertise in strategic customer engagements, including workshops, executive briefings, proposals, RFPs, business reviews, and sales initiatives to support customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.

Commercial Performance & Growth

  • Own and optimize product performance across adoption, customer satisfaction, revenue, and commercial outcomes, ensuring products deliver measurable business value.
  • Leverage data, market insights, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for transaction growth, merchant adoption, market expansion, and continuous product improvement.
  • Support strategic planning, budgeting, and investment prioritization while balancing short-term commercial opportunities with long-term product growth and objectives.

Partner & Ecosystem Management

  • Build and manage strategic relationships with financial institutions, payment networks, technology providers, fintech partners, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with external partners to define product capabilities, integration priorities, and go-to-market opportunities.
  • Negotiate priorities and influence stakeholders to achieve product and business objectives.
  • Manage vendor relationships critical to product delivery and innovation.

Innovation & Future Commerce

  • Drive innovation strategy by monitoring emerging trends in payments, AI, digital identity, embedded finance, tokenization, autonomous payments, and agentic commerce to identify future growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate and develop innovative product opportunities by partnering with internal and external stakeholders to assess commercial viability, scalability, and competitive advantage.
  • Shape future commerce experiences by balancing innovation with customer value, business outcomes, and long-term market opportunities for merchants, consumers, and the broader payments ecosystem.

Programme Leadership & Governance

  • Lead complex cross-functional programmes across products, business units, and geographies, ensuring successful delivery through effective planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and operational excellence by managing risks, dependencies, regulatory requirements, and contributing to the evolution of product operating models and best practices.

Industry Leadership

  • Represent Worldpay at customer meetings, partner engagements, conferences, webinars, and industry forums.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on payments, commerce, and emerging industry trends.
  • Provide thought leadership on product innovation, customer experience, and the future of commerce.

Other related duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong expertise in product management, payments, fintech, ecommerce, and financial services, with a deep understanding of global merchant payment processing and a proven track record of launching and scaling successful products.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, delivering commercial outcomes while driving product adoption and growth.
  • Experienced in managing enterprise customer relationships and collaborating with senior stakeholders, partners, financial institutions, vendors, and broader payment ecosystem participants.
  • Combine strategic thinking with strong execution, making informed decisions, managing trade-offs, and driving outcomes that deliver measurable customer, merchant, and business value.
  • Build strong partnerships across customers, Commercial teams, Solution Consultants, and Engineering to deliver scalable, repeatable product solutions while balancing specific customer needs with broader platform objectives.
  • Foster innovation and alignment by challenging assumptions, understanding evolving payments and commerce trends, and inspiring stakeholders around a shared product vision and future growth opportunities.
  • Strong product leadership capabilities with expertise in product strategy, roadmap management, prioritization, customer discovery, and delivering measurable business outcomes aligned to long-term goals.
  • Deep payments and commerce knowledge, including merchant acquiring, payment processing, ecommerce, omnichannel commerce, emerging payment technologies, regulatory requirements, and evolving digital commerce ecosystems.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
