MISSÃO DO CARGO DE MOTORISTA: Transportar, coletar, entregar mercadorias e prestar conta com o cliente e empresa, disponibilizar informações de sua localização para o setor de transporte, assegurando a regularidade do transporte e entregar o produto no prazo acertado com o cliente. RESPONSABILIDADES CORRELATAS: Cumprir os processos da unidade e os comportamentos definidos pela empresa; Contratar e acompanhar os ajudantes de entrega no interior do Estado; Examinar diariamente a situação do veículo no que diz respeito ao nível de água, sistema de resfriamento, óleo, combustível, pneus, mecânica e tacógrafo; Checar diariamente a sua documentação e a do veículo; Garantir a perfeita entrega dos pedidos das rotas; Trocar semanalmente o disco do tacógrafo; Conferir o correto preenchimento dos cheques e solicitar endosso quando o cheque for de terceiro; Carimbar e preencher corretamente todas as informações no verso dos cheques; Verificar diariamente os itens de sinalização e iluminação do veículo; Calibragem de pneus; Abastecimento diário ou a cada rota ( Capital / Interior ); Responsabilizar-se pelos equipamentos obrigatórios do veículo (triângulo, extintor, macaco, estepe, carrinho de entrega, etc); Responsabilizar-se pela organização e segurança dos documentos, pedidos, valores e mercadorias dos clientes; Preencher relatórios de ocorrências e pedidos pendentes das rotas realizadas; Informar o coordenador de transportes a situação atualizada do seu veículo (avarias e problemas de manutenção); Preencher corretamente os borderôs, informando o detalhamento dos valores recebidos; Responsabilizar-se pela integridade dos malotes, celular e kit (carimbo, grampeadores, caneta, calculadora, etc); Realizar a prestação de contas de acordo com as normas da empresa; Respeitar a legislação de trânsito; Preencher corretamente os relatórios de viagem, garantindo a autenticidade das informações; Manter a organização, conservação e limpeza do veículo; Zelar pela limpeza e organização da sua sala de trabalho; Garantir a sua boa apresentação, fardamento e postura; Interagir com as demais unidades da empresa a fim de garantir a padronização das rotinas; Obedecer as normas de Higiene e segurança no trabalho, bem como, normas específicas da função; Utilizar os EPI’s inerentes a sua função; Realizar o preenchimento diariamente do cartão de ponto
