Job Description:

Are You Ready to Lead Through Change?

Are you a decisive leader who thrives in dynamic, high-velocity environments? Do you view rapid change as an opportunity to innovate rather than a roadblock? Are you energized by building high-performing teams, solving complex problems, and driving results through others?

At Milwaukee Tool, we are not looking for someone to simply manage a process. We are looking for a leader who can provide clarity through uncertainty, translate strategy into execution, and build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

As the Senior Manager, Global Trade Compliance, you will serve as a key leader within Milwaukee Tool's Global Trade Compliance organization. You will lead a team of trade compliance professionals responsible for enabling global growth while ensuring compliance with import, export, customs, sanctions, and trade regulations worldwide.

You will act as the operational and strategic bridge between executive leadership and front-line execution, transforming business priorities into actionable plans, removing obstacles, and enabling your team to perform at the highest level. This role requires a leader who can make informed decisions quickly, navigate ambiguity, develop talent, and drive measurable business outcomes.

This position reports to the VP, Global Trade Compliance.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
