Company Description

Breakthrough technology is vital for strengthening UK defence and homeland security. As an AI/ML Research Consultant at Awerian, you will be at the forefront of this innovation race and support interesting and challenging projects which contribute to the defence and protection of the UK from the latest technological and cyber threats.

Job Description

As a consultant at Awerian you will use your curiosity, creativity, and rigour to tackle diverse, real-world challenges which are typically at the forefront of emerging AI/ML technologies. You will use your experience to design and deploy systems that apply machine learning to a broad range of tasks, often in novel settings, pulling together third-party components and building elements yourself. • Analysing the latest techniques and advances in the literature.

  • Developing and training models, often for niche applications.
  • Rapid prototyping and troubleshooting.
  • Designing and running experiments.
  • Analysing results and drawing and presenting conclusions.
  • Making recommendations for further research.

Projects will also stretch and develop your commercial awareness, through partnership with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality outcomes at pace.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
