Job Description

Consultants at TTP develop innovative technologies and solutions that make a positive impact - enhancing lives, supporting our clients, and driving progress.

Your role will have a clear and direct impact on exciting projects, working in small, collaborative teams with a high level of responsibility. This will draw on your strong technical background in Science or Engineering, your ability to quickly engage with new concepts, and your skill in working with colleagues and clients from a variety of disciplines.

Your project planning abilities and sound judgment will help you navigate the complexities of R&D while balancing time and budget considerations. Effective communication, alignment, and teamwork ensure that everyone’s insights contribute to shaping successful outcomes.

You will develop strong, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders - understanding their goals and vision, co-creating solutions, and maintaining this collaboration through both challenges and successes. As you gain experience, your growing commercial and technical awareness will help identify new opportunities and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

The key requirements for this role are:

  • A strong academic background in a Science or Engineering discipline.
  • Ability to generate theoretical and empirical insights.
  • Intellectual curiosity - whether exploring new technologies, tackling unfamiliar challenges, or understanding business models, you seek out knowledge to drive innovation.
  • Strong communication skills - you enjoy working with others, sharing ideas, and explaining complex concepts in an accessible way.
