We are hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Investment Banking Career Coach to join their team on a part-time basis.

As a Part-Time Career Coach, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their career paths in investment banking. You will provide personalised career advice, mentorship, and support to assist clients in achieving their professional aspirations within this highly competitive field.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责:

  • Conduct coaching sessions for individuals seeking careers in Investment Banking (IBD), covering topics such as resume review, interview preparation, and networking strategies. 为寻求投资银行 (IBD) 职业发展的个人提供一对一辅导，涵盖简历优化、面试准备和社交策略等主题。
  • Provide insights into industry trends, deal structures, financial modeling techniques, and recruitment best practices. 提供行业趋势、交易结构、财务建模技巧和招聘最佳实践的见解。

Requirements 任职要求:

  • Proven experience working in Investment Banking (M&A, Capital Markets, Leveraged Finance, Restructuring, or other IBD roles) at a top-tier bank or boutique firm. 拥有在顶级银行或精品投行从事投资银行工作的经验（如并购、资本市场、杠杆融资、重组或其他 IBD 职位）。
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and deal processes. 对财务建模、估值方法和交易流程有深入理解。
