Die hochkomplexen Qualitätsprodukte – von präzisen Kernschneide\- und Stapelanlagen bis hin zu vielseitigen Draht\-, Band\-, Horizontal\- und Vertikalwickelmaschinen – schaffen für den Kunden einen spürbaren Mehrwert.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams und zum Ausbau unserer Marktposition suchen wir einen motivierten

Produktmanager Maschinenbau 80\-100% (m/w/d)

In dieser Funktion verantworten Sie den gesamten Lebenszyklus unserer Maschinen und Anlagen. Sie analysieren Marktanforderungen, definieren Produktstrategien und steuern Entwicklungen von der Idee bis zur Markteinführung. Zudem stellen Sie als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb und Technik die erfolgreiche technische und organisatorische Abwicklung von Kundenprojekten sicher.

Aufgaben:

  • Strategie \& Markt: Mitentwicklung der Produktstrategie, Trendbeobachtung sowie Erfassung von Kundenanforderungen (Lastenhefte)
  • Kundenprojekte \& Lösungsentwicklung:Begleitung von Projekten von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Inbetriebnahme sowie Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Lösungen mit der Konstruktion
  • Vertriebsunterstützung:Beratung des Vertriebs, Erstellung von Schulungs\- und Verkaufsunterlagen sowie Mitwirkung bei technischen Kundengesprächen
  • Projektsteuerung \& Qualität:Schnittstellensteuerung zu Engineering und Produktion, Nachverfolgung von Reklamationen sowie Mitwirkung bei der sicherheitstechnischen Auslegung

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Maschinen und Anlagen; Erfahrung im Produkt\-/Projektmanagement oder technischen Vertrieb von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Kommunikations\- und Verhandlungsstärke sowie ausgeprägte Kunden\- und Lösungsorientierung
  • Ausgeprägte Macherqualitäten
  • Reisebereitschaft von ca. 10 % für Kundenbesuche und Projektbegleitungen vor Ort
