TUC RAIL is een Belgisch engineeringbureau gespecialiseerd in spoorwegtechnologie en -infrastructuur. Wij zijn experts op het gebied van duurzame mobiliteit en hebben een multidisciplinaire en end-to-end aanpak. Wij werken al meer dan 30 jaar aan spoorwegengineeringprojecten in België en in het buitenland. Vandaag zijn wij een belangrijke referentie in deze sector. Als voorloper op het gebied van spoorwegengineering sinds 30 jaar werkt TUC RAIL aan een meer duurzame mobiliteit in België en in het buitenland.

Jobomschrijving

Ons Competentiecenter Structure draagt bij aan projecten door medewerkers met de nodige kennis en ervaring in de burgerlijke bouwkunde (architectuur, beton- en staalconstructies, stabiliteit, kunstwerken, hydraulica, geotechniek, gebouwen, brandveiligheid) ter beschikking te stellen.

Voor dit Competentiecenter zijn we op zoek naar een Senior CAD Designer Bouwkunde (M, V, X).

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je ondersteunt de Design Engineer bij de studie en het ontwerp van civiele bouwwerken in verschillende projectfases (van haalbaarheidsstudie tot detailstudie en as-built)
  • Je stelt 3D-modellen en plannen van de projecten op: bekisting, wapeningen, hydraulica, geotechniek en stukplannen van civiele bouwwerken zoals bruggen, viaducten, spooronderdoorgangen, steunconstructies, tunnels en technische gebouwen
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de integratie van je ontwerpen in de omgeving en houdt rekening met andere disciplines zoals sporen, bovenleiding en seininrichting
  • Je werkt binnen het kader van de BIM-principes (Building Information Model)
  • Je werkt mee aan de creatie van parametrische objecten (families, object type library, ...)
  • Je werkt mee aan de verbetering van de werkmethoden en aan de ontwikkeling en toepassing van BIM-templates en standaarden voor de afdeling civiele bouwkunde;
  • Je analyseert en zoekt mee naar oplossingen bij eventuele problemen bij het ontwerp
  • Je stelt de hoeveelheden op voor de meetstaten die deel uitmaken van de bestekke
  • Je hebt een diploma Bachelor Bouw/industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde met minimum 10 jaar relevante ervaring
  • Je hebt een doorgedreven kennis burgerlijke bouwkunde, architectuur, technische gebouwen, topografie
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van lineaire infrastructuur, wegenis en hydraulica
  • Je hebt ervaring in het uittekenen van projecten burgerlijke bouwkunde, wegenis en omgevingsaanleg
  • Je kan autonoom werken
  • Je bent gedreven, leergierig, nauwkeurig, communicatief, pragmatisch en een echte teamplayer die kan samenwerken in een multidisciplinair team
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van 3D-ontwerp in AutoCAD en Revit
  • Je hebt ervaring met het opbouwen van tekenobjecten, templates, components/families, dynamo, workflows
  • Kennis van AutoCAD Civil 3D en ACC zijn pluspunten
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office (Word, Excel, ...)
  • Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans of omgekeerd
