Innehåll

Kursen behandlar muntlig och skriftlig kommunikation som behövs för att kunna anpassa budskap och kanal efter mottagare samt effektivt förmedla information i yrkesrollen som Arbetsmiljöingenjör. Vidare behandlar kursen betydelsen av kommunikationsprocessen, kommunikationstekniker och feedback för att kunna ge och ta emot konstruktiv kritik. Kursen behandlar även metoder för rådgivning, rapportering och utbildningsinsatser samt hur man kommunicerar åtaganden och lösningar på ett tydligt och professionellt sätt.

  2. Beskriva olika kommunikationstekniker och metoder för muntlig och skriftlig kommunikation.
  3. Förklara principer för feedback och konstruktiv kritik.
  4. Redogöra för hur kommunikation kan anpassas efter mottagare, budskap och kanal. Färdigheter att:
  5. Tillämpa kommunikationsmetoder i rådgivning, möten och utbildningsinsatser.
  6. Använda skriftlig kommunikation på ett korrekt och tydligt sätt i rapporter och dokumentation.
  7. Ge och ta emot feedback samt hantera konstruktiv kritik på ett professionellt sätt.
  8. Kommunicera åtaganden och lösningar på ett tydligt och professionellt sätt. Ansvara och självständigt:
