Bij Tuinen Goemaere ademen we groen. Wij zijn een gepassioneerd en hecht team met een grote missie: de wereld een stukje mooier en groener maken met omgevingsprojecten, innovatieve groendaken en strak onderhoud.

Ter versterking van onze binnendienst zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en betrouwbare collega die – net als wij – graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als accountmanager groen- en omgevingsaanleg ben jij het visitekaartje van ons bedrijf en de cruciale schakel tussen de klant en de uitvoering.

Als spilfiguur op onze binnendienst zorg jij ervoor dat alles achter de schermen op rolletjes loopt. Dankzij jouw organisatietalent kunnen onze groenteams buiten topwerk leveren. Je denkt mee, schakelt snel en bent administratief de rots in de branding voor onze uitdagende groenprojecten.

Jouw takenpakket

Als accountmanager speel je een belangrijke rol in de technische analyse, voorbereiding en advisering van projecten. Je combineert praktisch inzicht met een nauwkeurige aanpak en draagt zo bij aan een efficiënte projectuitwerking en goed onderbouwde calculaties.

Je krijgt de kans om je kennis te verruimen, stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en te groeien in je rol. Hieronder vind je jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je bent betrouwbaar, proactief en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je krijgt energie van een dynamische werkomgeving.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met groen.
  • Je bent een teamplayer die administratief sterk in zijn of haar schoenen staat.
  • Calculaties voorbereiden en uitwerken met ons calculatieprogramma.
  • Berekeningen en overzichten opmaken en beheren in Excel.
  • Gegevens en documenten controleren op correctheid, volledigheid en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de werfleiding om haalbare uitvoeringstermijnen en praktische uitvoeringsmogelijkheden af te stemmen.
  • Je liefde voor groen is groot en je hebt kennis van planten.
  • Ervaring met calculatie of werkvoorbereiding in de bouw of omgevingsaanleg is vereist. Ervaring in de tuinbouw of groensector is een mooie plus, maar motivatie en leergierigheid zijn voor ons nóg belangrijker.
  • Je bezit een bachelor- of masterdiploma in de richting Bouw, Bouwkunde, Landschapsmanagement of Tuin- en Landschapsarchitectuur, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Bouwkundig inzicht: Je kunt plannen lezen en hebt technisch inzicht in omgevingswerken (verhardingen, grondwerken, afwatering).
  • Technisch inzicht en zin voor detail.
  • Commerciële drive: Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en krijgt energie van het sluiten van een mooie deal.
  • Mentaliteit: Je werkt graag in teamverband, bent stipt en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail.
  • Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis Nederlands en kennis Frans zodat je vlot kan communiceren met je collega’s.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met Office365 en krijgt ons calculatieprogramma snel onder de knie.
  • Kennis van AutoCAD, SketchUp of gelijkaardige software is een troef.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B om regelmatig werven en klanten op locatie te bezoeken.
  • Zelfstandig en nauwkeurig: Je beheert je eigen dossiers van A tot Z en werkt offertes nauwkeurig uit.
