Tuinen Stijn Bouchet vormt een vaste waarde in en rond regio Zuid-Limburg. Wegens onze groei zijn wij op zoek naar een Projectverantwoordelijke / Administratief technisch medewerker.

Ben jij een organisatietalent met leidinggevende capaciteiten die projecten van A tot Z in goede banen leidt? wij zoeken een Projectleider om onze uitdagende projecten tot een succes te maken.

Ben je een krak in organisatie en heb je interesse in tuinen en groen? Heb je oog voor detail en kan je onze ploegen van tuinaanleg opvolgen naar goede uitvoering. Kan je bijsturren indien noodzakelijk.

In deze job is deze combinatie mogelijk! Afhankelijk van je profiel bepalen we samen hoe we dit invullen. Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit volgende aspecten:

  • Je volgt de projecten op het terrein op.
  • Je kan vlot omgaan met een vorderingstaat van gemeente / stad / openbare aanbestedingen.
  • Je kan een planning maken en bewaken om het beste resultaat neer te zetten
  • Opvolging van werkzaamheden en helpen indien nodig.
  • Communicatie en aansturen van de arbeiders
  • Je volgt de projecten in uitvoering administratief op: werkbonnen maken, bestelbonnen maken
  • Je rapporteert over de voortgang.
  • Je kan kleine projecten zelfstandig opmeten voor opmaak van een offerte (omheiningen, opritten,...)

Naarmate je ervaring en inzet en kennis kan je takenpakket worden uitgebreid.

Ervaring is een plus.

  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis van Office (Word, Excel, etc...).
  • Ervaring met calculaties (bouw of tuingerelateerd) is vereist.
  • Je hebt leiderschapskwaliteiten.
  • Organisatie en coördineren is de basis van de job.
  • Je leert graag bij en je bent gemotiveerd.
  • Je bent punctueel.
