Als Mitarbeiter (gn*) in unserer Servicezentrale hältst Du telefonisch die Stellung und sorgst mit Deiner sympathischen Art & Arbeit für zufriedene Kunden:

  • Telefonische Betreuung von Kunden (gn*)
  • Erfassung & Pflege der Kundenstammdaten in unserem System
  • Teamwork mit den Kollegen (gn*)

Deine Skills* Talent & Kompetenz

  • Freude am Kundenkontakt, Kommunikationsfähigkeit & ein hohes Maß an Empathie
  • Kundenorientierung, eine ausgeprägte Service-Mentalität & Zuverlässigkeit
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort & Schrift
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Callcenter-Bereich oder motivierter Quereinsteiger (gn*)
  • Interesse & Bereitschaft, sich im Bereich Hausnotruf einzuarbeiten
  • Lösungsorientierte & gewissenhafte Arbeits- und Denkweise
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit der Arbeit am PC
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in einem 24/7 Betrieb
