A área de Compras Diretas é responsável pela aquisição de matérias-primas e materiais de processo para todas as plantas da Tupy, atuando estrategicamente para garantir o abastecimento das operações com foco em custo, qualidade e entrega. Além da gestão de fornecedores, a área desenvolve projetos de melhorias técnicas e comerciais, buscando continuamente ganhos de competitividade, eficiência operacional e redução de custos. O ambiente é colaborativo, dinâmico e proporciona ampla interface com áreas internas e parceiros externos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar suporte às atividades da equipe de Compras Diretas, auxiliando os compradores nos processos operacionais e administrativos da área;Elaborar, atualizar e analisar relatórios gerenciais que apoiem a tomada de decisão e o acompanhamento de indicadores de compras;Apoiar a gestão das exportações intercompany, acompanhando processos e documentações relacionadas;Interagir com fornecedores e áreas internas, apoiando a comunicação e o alinhamento das demandas do negócio;Requisitos e qualificaçõesCursando superior em Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;Excel Básico ou intermediário;Desejável Inglês intermediário;Desejável Espanhol intermediário;Desejável Sistema ERP SAP;Disponibilidade para no mínimo 1 ano de estágio;Disponibilidade para atuar 100% presencial em Joinville.Informações adicionais🏥 Plano Odontológico🥗 Refeição🚍 Auxílio TransportePara todas as vagas são aceitos currículos de Pessoas com Deficiência.
