Siamo alla ricerca di un/a APPLICATION ENGINEER (0-2 anni di esperienza) da inserire nella nostra Business Unit Power Generation.

La persona selezionata, in sinergia con gli altri membri del team, sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività:

  • Analisi delle soluzioni ottimizzate da proporre ai clienti in funzione del caso specifico
  • Interazione con i partner tecnologici (ad esempio: caldaisti, EPC) per la scelta della soluzione ORC e la sua integrazione nel sistema
  • Supporto tecnico al reparto commerciale rispetto ad aspetti specialistici inerenti le applicazioni dei moduli ORC (ad esempio in merito ai differenti settori industriali di interesse per le applicazioni di recupero calore come siderurgia, cementifici, vetrerie, ecc.)
  • Preparazione di documenti e materiale informativo a supporto delle attività commerciali
  • Costruzione di business case/studi di fattibilità a supporto del cliente; interazione con il team di ingegneria d’offerta per la selezione della soluzione da proporre; interazione con tutte le funzioni aziendali al fine di reperire le informazioni necessarie alla definizione delle soluzioni da proporre al cliente
  • Partecipazione ad eventi e conferenze a carattere tecnico/commerciale
  • Svolgimento di specifiche attività di business development relative ad alcuni settori su richiesta del Sales Director
  • Partecipazione ad incontri tecnico/commerciali di discussione con i clienti a supporto dei Sales Area Manager
  • Collabora, con altre funzioni, alle seguenti attività:Interazione con l’ingegneria d’offerta e tutte le funzioni aziendali interessate per la definizione delle soluzioni da proporre ai clienti Supporto ai colleghi del reparto commerciale per quanto attiene agli aspetti più tecnici della soluzione ORC e di sistema Supporto alle attività di marketing e comunicazione

Per svolgere con efficacia questo ruolo è necessaria:

  • Laurea Ingegneria Energetica
  • ottima conoscenza della lingua INGLESE (livello B2)
  • Spiccata capacità relazionale

E’ inoltre preferibile:

  • Conoscenza tecnico/scientifica di base, con particolare riferimento alla termodinamica, alle macchine termiche, all’energetica
  • Buona conoscenza dei programmi Microsoft Office
  • Buona capacità di programmare e organizzare il proprio lavoro.
  • Buona capacità di identificare l’entità problemi analizzando le cause.
  • Ottima capacità di problem solving
  • Ottima capacità di relazionarsi con il personale interno

Si offre:

  • CCNL: Metalmeccanico Industria 13 mensilità
  • Retribuzione: compresa tra €28.000 e €32.000 e commisurata all’esperienza
  • Ticket restaurant
  • Orario di lavoro: full time 40h/sett. – per il periodo di formazione non è previsto Smart Working
  • Assicurazione sanitaria e agevolazioni/convenzioni destinate esclusivamente ai nostri collaboratori
  • Sede di lavoro: Brescia - via Cernaia 10
