Vaše odgovornosti:

  1. vođenje i kontrola vezano za poslove robno-materijalnog i financijskog knjigovodstva hotela
  2. kontrola ulaznih računa dobavljača te njihova usklađenost s narudžbama, primkama i stvarnim stanjem
  3. knjiženje ulaznih i izlaznih računa te ostale knjigovodstvene dokumentacije
  4. obračun i kontrola PDV-a u skladu s važećim zakonima i propisima uz pripremu i kontrolu e-izvještaja
  5. praćenje financijskih transakcija povezanih s nabavom, potrošnjom i poslovanjem hotela
  6. praćenje obveza prema dobavljačima i potraživanja od kupaca
  7. usklađivanje analitičkih kartica kupaca i dobavljača
  8. kontrola i usklađivanje bankovnih izvoda i ostalih financijskih evidencija
  9. praćenje dospijeća obveza i potraživanja te priprema podataka za plaćanja
  10. obračun i isplata plata zaposlenika
  11. kontrola ispravnosti, potpunosti i pravovremenosti knjigovodstvene dokumentacije uključujući bankarsko i porezno poslovanje
  12. izrada, praćenje i kontrola obračuna troškova robe i usluga
  13. praćenje potrošnje i kretanja zaliha te analiza odstupanja
  14. sudjelovanje u redovnim i izvanrednim inventurama te analiza i usklađivanje inventurnih razlika
  15. suradnja s nabavom, skladištem, kuhinjom, restoranom i ostalim odjelima hotela
  16. komunikacija s dobavljačima i poslovnim partnerima vezano uz račune, salda i otvorene stavke
  17. priprema financijskih i robno-materijalnih izvještaja i analiza za potrebe Uprave
  18. sudjelovanje u pripremi podataka za završne obračune i potrebe revizije
  19. obavljanje ostalih računovodstveno-knjigovodstvenih poslova prema potrebama poslovanja.

Od Vas očekujemo:

  1. najmanje 2 godine radnog iskustva na istim ili sličnim poslovima
  2. SSS ekonomskog, trgovačkog ili odgovarajućeg smjera / VŠS ili VSS
  3. dobro poznavanje robno-materijalnog i financijskog knjigovodstva
  4. poznavanje računovodstvenih procesa i propisa iz područja PDV-a
  5. dobro poznavanje rada u MS Officeu, posebno Excela
  6. iskustvo u radu s ulaznim i izlaznim računima, kupcima, dobavljačima i bankovnim izvodima
  7. izraženu preciznost, odgovornost i sistematičnost u radu
  8. sposobnost samostalnog rada i organizacije vlastitih zadataka
  9. razvijene komunikacijske i organizacijske vještine
  10. sposobnost kvalitetne suradnje s drugim odjelima
  11. odgovoran odnos prema rokovima i povjerljivim financijskim podacima.

Prednost je iskustvo rada u programu Milenij.
