Descrição da vaga

Buscamos um(a) profissional com perfil analítico e excelente habilidade de relacionamento para atuar em projetos de infraestrutura, realizando pesquisa de campo, interação com comunidades e apoio aos processos de negociação para disponibilização de áreas necessárias ao desenvolvimento dos projetos.

A posição exige sensibilidade social, comunicação clara, escuta ativa e capacidade de construir relações de confiança com diferentes públicos, garantindo a coleta qualificada de informações e o acompanhamento das tratativas em conformidade com os procedimentos do cliente.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Realizar pesquisas de campo e levantamento de informações socioeconômicas e territoriais junto às comunidades impactadas pelos projetos.
  • Desenvolver relacionamento com moradores, lideranças comunitárias e demais partes interessadas, promovendo uma comunicação transparente e respeitosa.
  • Apoiar os processos de negociação relacionados à disponibilização de áreas para implantação dos projetos, sempre em conformidade com as diretrizes estabelecidas pelo cliente.
  • Conduzir entrevistas, visitas técnicas e aplicação de questionários para atualização de cadastros e diagnósticos sociais.
  • Elaborar relatórios técnicos, registros de visitas e consolidação das informações coletadas em campo.
  • Acompanhar demandas das comunidades, contribuindo para o encaminhamento das tratativas junto às equipes responsáveis.
  • Apoiar ações de comunicação social, educação socioambiental e engajamento comunitário.
  • Organizar e atualizar bases de dados referentes às atividades de campo e aos atendimentos realizados.
  • Atuar de forma integrada com equipes multidisciplinares, garantindo o fluxo adequado das informações durante todas as etapas do projeto.

Qualificações

Formação superior em Ciências Sociais, Comunicação Social, Serviço Social, Sociologia, Antropologia, Relações Públicas ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência em pesquisa de campo, relacionamento comunitário, comunicação social ou projetos socioambientais
