Für unsere Kunden steigern wir die Belastbarkeit von Plänen, minimieren Risiken, optimieren die Beschaffungsstrategie und wachen über Budgets und Termine. Seit Januar 2025 ist das CBRE-Projektmanagementteam in das Team von Turner & Townsend integriert. Damit bündeln wir unsere Stärken, um den Bedürfnissen und Herausforderungen unserer Kunden optimal gerecht zu werden. Stellenbeschreibung

Für ein langfristiges Infrastrukturprojekt suchen wir Deutschlandweit einen PMO Project Manager (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung der Projektleitung in administrativen, organisatorischen und methodischen Aufgaben innerhalb eines komplexen Projektumfelds.

Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Projektleitung und Teilprojektleiter
  • Pflege von Projektplänen und Projektstatusberichten
  • Organisation und Dokumentation von Meetings und Workshops
  • Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen, Risiken und Entscheidungen
  • Budget- und Ressourcen-Tracking
  • Verwaltung von Projektdokumentationen
  • Unterstützung im Reporting
  • Pflege von PMO-Tools, Jira und SharePoint
  • Unterstützung im Stakeholder-Management

Qualifikationen

Must-have

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im PMO oder Projektmanagement
  • Erfahrung in Projektkoordination und Projektadministration
  • Kenntnisse von Projektmanagement-Methoden
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Project, Jira oder ähnlichen Tools
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

Nice-to-have

  • Erfahrung in Infrastruktur oder Energie Projekten
  • Kenntnisse regulatorischer Projekte
  • Erfahrung in Mehrparteien-Projektumgebungen
