Wir suchen vertriebsstarke und abschlussorientierte Menschen, die nachweisbare Erfolge im Direktvertrieb vorweisen können.

Wir suchen keine Quereinsteiger ohne Vertriebserfahrung, sondern erfahrene Vertriebsmitarbeiterinnen und Vertriebsmitarbeiter, die wissen, wie man Kunden aktiv anspricht, Termine generiert, Bedarfe erkennt und Abschlüsse erzielt.

Deine Aufgaben

Der Schwerpunkt: Kaltakquise neuer Kunden mit Unterstützung durch unsere CRM-Datenbank

Du kontaktierst potenzielle Kunden telefonisch und persönlich, stellst unser Angebot überzeugend vor und führst Gespräche mit dem klaren Ziel, neue Kunden zu gewinnen.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung im Direktvertrieb, Außendienst oder in der aktiven B2B-Kundenakquise.
  • Telefonakquise schreckt Dich nicht ab und Du bist bereit, jede freie Minute zu telefonieren.
  • Du hast bereits messbare Vertriebserfolge erzielt und kannst nachvollziehbar darstellen, in welchen Bereichen Du erfolgreich Kunden gewonnen oder Abschlüsse erzielt hast.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung in der aktiven Kundenansprache und fühlst Dich im direkten Kontakt mit Entscheidern sicher.
  • Du beherrschst das verkäuferische Handwerkszeug: Bedarfsermittlung, Gesprächsführung, Einwandbehandlung, Abschlussorientierung und konsequente Nachverfolgung.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich.
  • Du trittst gegenüber Kunden professionell, verbindlich und überzeugend auf.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, verhandlungssicher und verstehst es, Vertrauen aufzubauen.

Was wir erwarten

Wir erwarten Vertriebserfahrung, Eigeninitiative und Abschlussstärke. Du solltest in der Lage sein, Deine Aktivitäten selbstständig zu planen, konsequent nachzuverfolgen und Deine Ergebnisse transparent darzustellen.

Uns ist wichtig, dass Du nicht nur gerne kommunizierst, sondern auch nachweislich verkaufen kannst. Erfahrung im Direktvertrieb ist daher zwingende Voraussetzung für diese Tätigkeit.
