Vård- och omsorgsförvaltningen söker nu en engagerad enhetschef till hemtjänsten som brinner för ledarskap och kvalitativ omsorg. Dina arbetsuppgifter Som enhetschef för hemtjänsten har du ett samlat ansvar för att leda, planera och utveckla verksamheten med fokus på en trygg och kvalitativ omsorg för våra brukare. Du ansvarar för verksamhet, personal, arbetsmiljö och ekonomi inom ditt verksamhetsområde. I din roll som enhetschef behöver du kunna växla mellan strategiskt utvecklingsarbete och operativa frågor, fatta beslut samt skapa struktur även när förutsättningarna förändras. I uppdraget ingår bland annat att:

Leda och utveckla medarbetare genom ett tydligt, tillitsfullt och närvarande ledarskap.

Säkerställa att verksamheten bedrivs med god kvalitet och i enlighet med gällande lagstiftning, riktlinjer och kommunens mål.

Planera och följa upp verksamhetens bemanning, schemaläggning och resursanvändning utifrån brukarnas behov.

Arbeta aktivt med arbetsmiljö, kompetensförsörjning, rehabilitering och medarbetarnas utveckling.

Ansvara för ekonomi och budget samt följa upp och vidta åtgärder utifrån verksamhetens ekonomiska resultat.

Du som söker Vi söker dig som har relevant högskoleutbildning inom exempelvis socialt arbete, vård och omsorg, beteendevetenskap eller annan utbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig. B-körkort är ett krav eftersom arbetet kan innebära förflyttning mellan olika verksamheter och till brukare inom kommunen. Det är önskvärt om du har erfarenhet av att leda verksamheter och medarbetare samt haft ansvar för personal, arbetsmiljö och verksamhetsresultat. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av att leda förändrings- och utvecklingsarbete med förmåga att omsätta beslut och mål till konkreta arbetssätt i verksamheten. För att lyckas i rollen så är du en trygg och stabil ledare och har en god samarbetsförmåga. Du har ett lyhört och professionellt förhållningssätt samt förmåga att fatta välgrundade beslut med hänsyn till verksamhetens behov såväl som ekonomiska förutsättningar. Vidare är du utvecklingsorienterad, ser möjligheter i nya arbetssätt och har förmåga att driva förändringsarbete framåt.
