Als Fachexperte (SME) für Datensicherung und -wiederherstellung tragen Sie die Hauptverantwortung für den Schutz geschäftskritischer Daten, die Einhaltung strenger RTO/RPO-Vorgaben sowie den Schutz vor Ransomware durch moderne Immutability- und Vaulting-Konzepte.Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten Backup Architecture & Engineering: Entwicklung und Skalierung von enterprise-weiten Datensicherungsarchitekturen für SAN/NAS, virtuelle Umgebungen (VMware, HCI) und hybride Multi-Cloud-Systeme.Storage & Infrastructure Integration: Nahtlose Anbindung von Backup-Systemen an Fibre Channel Fabrics, Block-/File-Speicher, Tape-Libraries, Object Storage (S3/S3-Object Lock) und Deduplizierungs-Appliances (z. B. Dell PowerProtect DD, Rubrik, Cohesity, Veeam).Cyber Resiliency & Immutability: Implementierung von unveränderbaren (immutable) Backups, Air-Gapped/Vaulting-Konzepten und Zero-Trust-Zugriffskontrollen zum Schutz vor Ransomware und unbefugter Datenlöschung.Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery: Federführende Organisation und regelmäßige Durchführung von Wiederherstellungstests, Disaster-Recovery-Übungen, Failover-Szenarien sowie die Überwachung und Einhaltung von RTO- und RPO-Vorgaben.Automatisierung & Orchestrierung: Automatisierung von Backup-Jobs, Compliance-Prüfungen, Reporting und Wiederherstellungs-Workflows mittels Python, PowerShell, Ansible oder REST-APIs.Performance Engineering & Capacity Planning: Überwachung von Sendersicherungs-Latenzen, Deduplizierungs- und Kompressionsraten sowie vorausschauende Kapazitätsplanung für Storage- und Bandbreitenressourcen.Advanced Troubleshooting & Escalation: Technische Leitung bei komplexen Wiederherstellungsausfällen, Performance-Engpässen im Backup-Netzwerk und Korruption von Sicherungsdaten (Root-Cause-Analysis).Sicherheit, Audit & Compliance: Erstellung und Dokumentation von Backup-Guidelines, Nachweiserbringung für interne/externe Audits (z. B. ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz) und Durchführung kontrollierter Change-Management-Prozesse.SME Leadership & Knowledge Transfer: Erstellung detaillierter Disaster-Recovery-Runbooks, Koordination mit Herstellern (OEM-Support) und Schulung des First/Second-Level-Betriebsteams.
