O Assistente Financeiro é responsável por auxiliar nas atividades financeiras da empresa, como controle de contas a pagar e a receber, conciliação bancária, emissão de relatórios e apoio na elaboração de orçamentos. Este profissional atua de forma junior, sob supervisão, contribuindo para a organização e eficiência do setor financeiro.

  • Realizar o controle e lançamento de contas a pagar e a receber no sistema financeiro da empresa.
  • Auxiliar na conciliação bancária, verificando e corrigindo possíveis divergências.
  • Emitir relatórios financeiros periódicos para análise da situação econômico-financeira da empresa.
  • Participar da elaboração de orçamentos e previsões financeiras, sob supervisão do gestor financeiro.
  • Apoiar no acompanhamento do fluxo de caixa, identificando necessidades de captação ou aplicação de recursos.
  • Colaborar no processo de cobrança de clientes inadimplentes, enviando boletos e negociando formas de pagamento.
  • Realizar o arquivamento e organização de documentos financeiros, garantindo a segurança e integridade das informações.
  • Manter contato com fornecedores e instituições financeiras para solucionar pendências e obter informações necessárias.
  • Participar de reuniões e treinamentos para atualização e aprimoramento das práticas financeiras.
  • Seguir as políticas e procedimentos internos da empresa, garantindo a conformidade com as normas e regulamentos vigentes.
