This individual will serve as the primary liaison between LevelBlue and AT&T’s regional executive, sales, and engineering leadership. The National Channel Lead will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive pipeline growth, improve collaboration, and increase opportunity closure across the region. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Relationship Management:

Pipeline Development & Opportunity Management:

Drive the identification, registration, and initial qualification of new sales opportunities within the AT&T ecosystem before handing them off to LevelBlue direct sales teams. Ensure coordination between AT&T and LevelBlue sales teams to facilitate smooth handoffs, co-selling, and opportunity closure.

Performance Metrics & Reporting:

Track and report on KPIs including:

Pipeline Growth: New, Resell, and Renewal pipeline metrics. Opportunity Volume: Number of opportunities generated and registered. Opportunity Mix: Diversity of services and products in the pipeline. Seller Engagement: Number of unique AT&T sellers contributing to the pipeline. Sales Coordination: Measured improvement in opportunity closure rates.

Internal Collaboration:

Collaborate cross-functionally with LevelBlue sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to support the success of the AT&T partnership. Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance partner experience and improve field engagement.

Qualifications: Required:

5+ years of experience in channel account management, partner sales, or strategic alliance roles in the cybersecurity, SaaS, or MSSP industry. Proven experience managing large partner ecosystems, ideally with or within AT&T. Deep understanding of partner/channel sales dynamics and go-to-market strategies. Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and work across a matrixed organization. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in pipeline management and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Ability to travel across Europe as needed.

Preferred:

Experience working with or within Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs). Strong familiarity with AT&T’s organizational structure, sales processes, and cybersecurity offerings.

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college or university degree is a plus.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
