What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master's in Taxation, CPA, JD, or LLM a plus 10+ years of progressive tax experience, with substantial depth in international tax and global indirect tax (VAT/GST) Hands-on experience managing statutory financial reporting for foreign subsidiaries and coordinating with local-country auditors and advisors Strong technical knowledge of cross-border tax structuring, transfer pricing, and VAT/GST compliance across multiple jurisdictions Working knowledge of U.S. federal and state income tax concepts sufficient to oversee domestic compliance handled by advisors or team members Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Avalara strongly preferred Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to explain complex international tax concepts to non-tax stakeholders across regions Strong project management skills and comfort operating in a remote, global, fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

Experience with partnership taxation, including allocations, Schedule K-1s, and partnership agreements Experience with BEPS Pillar Two implementation and global minimum tax compliance Experience in a private equity-backed, SaaS, or high-growth multinational environment Prior experience managing or building out an international tax function from the ground up

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
