The posting

Elk bedrijf dat met Twikey start, heeft zijn eigen manier van factureren en innen. Jij zorgt dat elke nieuwe klant vlot en correct live gaat. Zo speel je een bepalende rol in de tevredenheid van onze klanten.

Je start met een interne opleiding en first line support: zo leer je het product doorgedreven van binnen en van buiten kennen. Stap voor stap groei je naar complexere onboardings en grotere klanten. Geen contact center job, geen sales job, en je hoeft geen IT-technicus te zijn. Wel iemand die graag puzzels oplost, meedenkt en energie krijgt van klanten succesvol live te zien gaan.

Waar je aan werkt

  • First line support. Je beantwoordt vragen via mail en telefoon en zoekt de kern van het probleem, met onze knowledge base en testomgeving als hulp. Kan je het niet zelf oplossen, dan verwijs je door en hou je het ownership tot de klant geholpen is.
  • Onboardings. Je begeleidt nieuwe klanten van A tot Z: je configureert hun omgeving, beantwoordt (technische) vragen en lost problemen op. Je groeit van eenvoudige cases naar complexe onboardings en grotere projecten.
  • Training. Je geeft online ondersteuning en training en legt complexe concepten eenvoudig uit, aan de boekhouder én aan de developer.
  • Integraties. Je assisteert ervaren collega’s bij technische implementaties en koppelingen, tot je ze zelf onder de knie hebt.
  • Kennis delen. Terugkerende vragen giet je in procedures, handleidingen en helpartikels, voor klanten en voor ons team.
  • Procesverbetering. Je kijkt kritisch naar onze manier van werken en reikt ideeën aan om processen te verbeteren.
  • Specialiseren. Na verloop van tijd kan je je toeleggen op een klantsegment, een sector of specifieke ERP/CRM-pakketten, samen met sales en project management. We houden hierbij steeds rekening met je talenten en interesses.

Hoe wij naar AI kijken

AI helpt jou, het team én onze klanten om kwalitatief sneller te werken in het bouwen van oplossingen. We verwachten dat onze collega’s er actief mee aan de slag zijn om service en processen continu te optimaliseren.

Wat zoeken wij in jou?

  • Je hebt technische affiniteit, hebt interesse in IT en fintech en pikt nieuwe info rond configuratie snel op. Je begrijpt hoe API's, integraties en webhooks werken, en zoekt alles graag uit.
  • Je past AI al actief toe in je werk en hebt er zelf iets mee gebouwd, zoals een agent, automatisatie of workflow.
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en Engels, in combinatie met een vlotte kennis van Duits.
  • Je hebt ervaring met klantencontact, support of de implementatie van software.
  • Je begrijpt goed wat de klant echt nodig heeft en legt complexe zaken eenvoudig uit.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en georganiseerd, en houdt overzicht over meerdere klanten tegelijk.
  • Je denkt in oplossingen en neemt de lead over het onboardingtraject van A-tot-Z. Daarvoor werk je vlot samen met de collega’s van sales, development en support.
