Was du tun wirst

  • Du übernimmst eine wichtige Rolle im Verpackungsbereich, indem du selbständig eine oder mehrere Anlagen bedienst und betreust
  • Du sorgst für erstklassige Qualität und die Sicherheit an deiner Anlage
  • Um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten, prüfst du die Richtigkeit der Bestände unseres Packmaterials
  • Du bist motiviert, unsere Anlagen so gut kennenzulernen, dass du auch anspruchsvolle Produkt- oder Formatwechsel sowie Feineinstellungen souverän meisterst – denn du verstehst dein Handwerk und suchst genau diese Herausforderung
  • Störungen kannst du eigenständig beheben – und sorgst damit für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und höchste Verfügbarkeit deiner Anlage
  • Gerne bringst du eigene Vorschläge zur Optimierung der Prozessabläufe ein und trägst so aktiv zu unserem Erfolg bei
  • Dein hohes Hygienebewusstsein hilft dir die Qualitätskontrollen an den Linien sowie die Zwischen- und Wochenend-Reinigungen durchzuführen

Was du mitbringst

  • Du hast eine Berufslehre in der Lebensmittelbranche oder im technischen Bereich und konntest bereits erste Berufserfahrung sammeln
  • Du bist flexibel und arbeitest teilweise im 2-Schichtbetrieb
  • Dein technisches Flair hilft dir bei der Bedienung der Anlagen und der Behebung von Störungen
  • Du bist den Umgang mit elektronischen Systemen gewohnt und bringst gute Deutschkenntnisse mit
  • Im Team geht alles leichter und so trägst du mit deiner hilfsbereiten und aufgestellten Art zu einem positiven Teamspirit bei
  • Dir macht es Freude, die Mannschaft weiterzubringen und die bestehenden Arbeitsprozesse stetig zu verbessern
