Durch unsere im Juli 2020 gegründete Wander GmbH werden die bekannten Schweizer Marken Ovomaltine und Caotina als auch die britische Traditionsmarke Twinings vom Standort in Frankfurt am Main aus vertrieben. Wir sind ein professionelles Team, welches das wachsende Geschäft in Deutschland vorantreibt. Teamspirit, Engagement, Motivation und Lust am Vollgas geben, zeichnet unser 15-köpfiges Team aus.

Du möchtest starke Marken weiterentwickeln und ihre Zukunft aktiv mitgestalten? In dieser vielseitigen Position übernimmst du die Hauptverantwortung für die Marke Twinings sowie die Mitverantwortung für Ovomaltine im deutschen Markt. Du entwickelst und implementierst Marketingstrategien, bringst Neuprodukte erfolgreich auf den Markt und steuerst wirkungsvolle Marketingaktivitäten entlang der gesamten Customer Journey. Mit deinem Markenverständnis, deiner Begeisterungsfähigkeit und deinem unternehmerischen Denken überzeugst du Konsumenten, Shopper und Handelspartner gleichermassen. Was du tun wirst

  • Hauptverantwortung für die Marke Twinings sowie Mitverantwortung für die Marke Ovomaltine im deutschen Markt
  • Erarbeitung und Implementierung der jährlichen Marketingpläne DE für Twinings & Ovomaltine
  • Entwicklung und erfolgreiche Markteinführung von Innovationen, Sortimentserweiterungen und Produktadaptionen für Ovomaltine und Twinings
  • Planung & Durchführung der Marketingaktivitäten (ATL und BTL) inkl. Erfolgskontrolle (MROI)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam des deutschen Markts, dem Shopper&Trade Marketing wie auch der Marktforschung
  • Führung von interdisziplinären Projektteams / Projektkoordination mit den Arbeitskollegen aus Deutschland, Schweiz, Polen und Großbritannien
  • Führung, Koordination und Auswahl externer Agenturen & Dienstleister
  • Verantwortung für Reporting, Forecasts, Budgetplanung, Kostencontrolling sowie die Analyse und Sicherstellung der Profitabilität (P&L)

Was du mitbringst

  • Master im Bereich BWL/ Schwerpunkt Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • 7 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktmanagement / Brandmanagement / Marketing eines FMCG-Unternehmens (idealerweise Erfahrung in der Kategorie Tee)
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Produkteentwicklung, Markenkooperationen und BTL-Massnahmen
  • Wir passen zueinander, wenn du ein Organisationstalent bist, Hands-on Mentalität zeigst, gerne Verantwortung übernimmst und eine ordentliche Portion Leistungsbereitschaft mitbringst
  • Zielorientiertes & strukturiertes Handeln sowie Zahlenaffinität und analytisches Denkvermögen für Nielsen/Circana und Marktanalysen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, konzeptionelles Denkvermögen, Ideenreich und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamplayer mit ausgleichender und kommunikativer Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
