Was du tun wirst

  • Bedienen & Überwachen: Du bedienst und überwachst unsere computergesteuerten Produktionsmaschinen und Abfüllanlagen gemeinsam mit deinem Team.
  • Material & Organisation: Du bestellst Packmaterial und sorgst dafür, dass alles zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort ist.
  • Störungen & Wartung: Du erkennst und behebst Störungen an den Anlagen und hilfst, einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf sicherzustellen.
  • Reinigung & Hygiene: Du reinigst die Anlagen nach klaren Vorgaben und achtest darauf, dass Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften jederzeit eingehalten werden.
  • Qualität & Kontrolle: Du kontrollierst unsere Produkte laufend auf ihre Qualität – nur das Beste verlässt unsere Produktion.
  • Schichtbetrieb & Zeiten: Du arbeitest im Schichtbetrieb – entweder von 05:00 bis 14:00 Uhr oder von 14:00 bis 22:00 Uhr.

Was du mitbringst

  • Schule & Sprache: Du hast die Volksschule erfolgreich abgeschlossen und verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse.
  • Lebensmittel & Technik: Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und arbeitest gerne mit Anlagen und Maschinen.
  • Verständnis & Geschick: Du bringst technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick mit – so läuft die Produktion reibungslos.
  • Sinn & Aufmerksamkeit: Du hast einen guten Geruchs- und Geschmackssinn sowie eine aufmerksame Beobachtungsgabe, um die Qualität unserer Produkte zu sichern.
  • Flexibilität & Einsatz: Du bist bereit für flexible Arbeitszeiten (Schichtarbeit) und hast eine zuverlässige, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
  • Gesundheit & Belastbarkeit: Du verfügst über eine gute gesundheitliche Verfassung, damit du deinen Aufgaben jederzeit gewachsen bist.
