Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuarparagarantirqueaobrasejaexecutadaconformeocontrato,dentrodosprazosecustosacordados,minimizandoriscoseprotegendoosinteresseseconômicosejurídicosdaempresa. 1.Gestão contratual e conformidade: Garantir o cumprimento das cláusulas contratuais, dos escopos de serviços, dos prazos, das obrigações legais e das responsabilidades de cada parte envolvida na obra.2. Controle financeiro e custos contratuais: Acompanhar o orçamento, as medições, os pagamentos, os reajustes, os aditivos e os impactos financeiros, assegurando o controle dos custos e a rentabilidade do contrato.3. Gestão de prazos e cronograma: Monitorar o cumprimento do cronograma físico-financeiro, identificar atrasos, avaliar seus impactos contratuais e implementar medidas corretivas para evitar penalidades.4. Gestão de mudanças, aditivos e pleitos: Analisar alterações de escopo, serviços adicionais, solicitações de reequilíbrio econômico-financeiro e reivindicações, preparando justificativas técnicas e documentais para negociações com o cliente.5. Gestão de riscos e relacionamento com as partes interessadas: Identificar e mitigar riscos contratuais, conduzir negociações com clientes, fornecedores e subcontratados, gerenciar conflitos e garantir a rastreabilidade das decisões e comunicações contratuais.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior: Engenharia Civil, Engenharia de Produção, Arquitetura ou áreas correlatas.Experiência profissional: de 5 a 10 anos em construção civil, gestão de contratos, planejamento, controle de custos ou administração de obras.Experiência em gestão: vivência na administração de contratos de obras de médio e grande porte, incluindo clientes, fornecedores e empresas subcontratadas.Pós-graduação ou MBA: desejável em Gestão de Projetos, Gestão de Contratos, Gestão de Negócios ou áreas correlatas.Registro profissional: CREA ou CAU.
